Prevent Herbal Tisane

This blend encourages immune system activity so you can prevent those winter colds. The ingredients in the tea were specifically chosen for their stimulating and lymphatic effects.

Echinacea is a known immune modulator, so perfect for prevention.

Elderflower and elderberry are immune stimulants and aid in reducing chesty symptoms when sick.

Rosehips we've added a plant powered source of vitamin C, and for it's lovely flavour.

We recommend a teaspoon per 200 ml of hot water, steeped for 3-4 minutes, then enjoy the tasteful and beneficial beverage.

You may also like to cold brew this and turn it into ice blocks for the summer!
